Barbara Knights-Hale
Award Winning photographer Barbara Knights-Hale has spent the last five
years honing her estimable skills while building and expanding her
business.
Last October Jitterbug Photography moved for the third (and hopefully
last time) to the present location on the square in Angola, Indiana.
She is constantly influenced by all of the beauty surrounding her,
whether it is nature or photographing children in her 2000 sq. ft. fully
renovated, state of the art studio.
A native of Canada, growing up in a suburb of Toronto, Ontario she now
resides lakeside in Angola. Most mornings (weather permitting) start out
on a kayak photographing wildlife.
Being ever mindful of giving back to the community that continues to
support her, she became a member of NILMDTS (Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep,
Infant Bereavement Photography). Barbara and her husband, Patrick
started “Bark in the Park” in 2007, which raises money for the Humane
Society of Steuben County. Also, in 2007 she started “Picture Your Scare
on the Square”, raising money for RISE Inc.
